Wall Base Items may be returned in original condition within 48 hours after delivery signature.

A 20% Restocking Fee will be charged to Customer for All Returns.

Order Cancellations may be made prior to our shipping out the order, if material has already been cut prior to cancellation prior to shipment then the Customer is responsible to pay a 15% Restocking Fee upon Cancellation. Once Order is Placed it immediately goes into Production.

For Defective Products: When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we will replace promptly at no charge to customer.

For “Customer Remorse”:

If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item (s) Material may be returned in original condition within 48 hours after delivery signature.

For A Return Credit for any reason except damage, shortage or defective merchandise, you the customer will be required to pay shipping to you, return shipping and a 20% Handling and Restocking Fee, which will deducted from the Customers Refund.

We accept returns by you shipping back to Western Fabricating's Manufacturing Facility.

Process for contacting us to send back the return: Contact us at sales@stainlessbase.com for a Return Authorization within 48 Hours of Receiving the Product. We do not provide a returnable label. Client is responsible to create their own return label.

Client must pay for return shipping.

Customer has 7 days from receiving a Return Authoriztion from us to return the product.

Western Fabricating does not accept returns of used products. If product protective vinyl is removed it is considered used and is not returnable. If product has been installed, modified or applied adhesive to, product is also considered used and is not returnable.

We charge a 20% restocking fee on all Returns.

We Do not refund the original shipping cost.

It takes 5-7 Business days to refund the client after we receive the return from the client.

We process the refund using the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.
